We believe that every piece you receive from us should feel like a gift—intentional, soulful, and made just for you. We also know how important it is to set clear expectations, so here’s everything you need to know about shipping and returns.

Shipping timelines

• One-of-a-kind pieces
  Ready to ship within 1–3 business days. These pieces are already made and waiting to find their home.

• Sale items
  Available for immediate shipping unless noted otherwise.

• Limited edition pieces
  Made in small, mindful batches. Please allow 1–4 weeks for us to craft and ship these to you.

• Print on demand
  Created just for you—please allow approximately 2 weeks before your item ships.

Returns

We’re a small, artist-led team pouring love and intention into every stitch. Our hope is that you’ll feel that care in each piece you unwrap. To continue creating sustainably, we follow a return policy that supports both our studio and our community.

Returns are accepted on unworn items with tags intact, within 20 days of receipt. Please email us first so we can confirm the return address and help guide you through the process. After 20 days, all sales are considered final.

Refunds, exchanges, or store credit are available for eligible returns. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable, but if you’re making an exchange, we’ll ship your replacement item at no cost to you.
